Protein Details
The wild-type BRCA1 protein (1-1863 residues, accession number NM 007296) was expressed in a baculovirus system with an amino terminal polyhistidine tag and purified by an affinity column in combination with FPLC chromatography. The purified recombinant protein is greater than 95% homogeneous and contains no detectable protease, DNase and RNase activity.
