产品描述

细胞与基底膜间的相互作用是调控细胞行为的重要因素之一。而使用BD Matrigel系列的细胞外基质培养的细胞可以有着类似体内环境的良好分化表现。

产品信息

Matrigel是一种可溶性的基底膜基质。主要成分包括：层黏连蛋白、胶原IV等，同时含TGF-β成纤维细胞生长因子、组织纤维酶原活化因子以及其它在EHS肿瘤中自然表达的生长因子。在室温下，Matrigel可自动聚集产生类似于哺乳动物细胞基底膜的生物活性基质材料。

Matrigel可以有效帮助上皮细胞等各类细胞的附着和分化，这些细胞类型包括：神经细胞、肝细胞、哺乳动物上皮细胞、黑色素瘤细胞、血管内皮细胞、甲状腺细胞及毛囊细胞等等。同时，Matrigel还会影响鼠乳腺上皮细胞的蛋白表达水平，支持周围神经再生和牛输软管上皮细胞的分化。

无生长因子（GFR）系列可以满足质量更高的基底膜基质制备的要求，用于细胞信号研究，诸如：鼠肾干细胞形成肾小管过程中生长因子作用研究，鼠乳腺上皮干细胞的基因表达研究等。

无酚红系列适用于有色检测分析，如荧光检测等
